Malibu Public Adjusters is a public insurance adjusting firm headquartered in Agoura Hills, California, serving property owners throughout Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Westlake Village, and the greater Los Angeles area. For over 35 years, our firm has represented homeowners, business owners, and commercial property managers in insurance claim disputes — never the insurance companies.

The role of a public adjuster is straightforward but critical: when your property suffers damage from fire, water, theft, earthquake, or other covered perils, your insurance carrier sends their adjuster to assess the loss. That adjuster works for the insurance company and is evaluated on how efficiently they close claims — not on whether your settlement fully covers the cost of repair. We work exclusively for you, the policyholder. We conduct independent damage assessments, document every covered loss, prepare professional claim packages, and negotiate directly with your carrier until you receive the maximum settlement your policy allows.
